A family-built industrial group, anchored in Central Europe.

Monument Group is the holding umbrella of seven Hungarian operating companies, owned and led by the Peretsenyi family. What began as a single transport business has grown — over nearly three decades — into a diversified industrial portfolio with assets in logistics fleets, manufacturing plants, biotech production and skilled workforce.

We hold for the long term. Every company within the group is operated with the discipline of an independent enterprise, but with the patience and capital that only family stewardship can provide. We do not chase quarters; we build assets that compound.

Today, the group employs hundreds across Veszprém and serves customers across the European Union — from multinational logistics chains and packaging manufacturers, to growers, retailers and industrial cleaning specialists.

The logistics backbone of the group. Domestic and international freight forwarding, full-truck transport, and fuel distribution. The largest and oldest operating company in the portfolio.

Greenman Kft.

Producer of probiotic plant-care products and bio-cultivation solutions. The group's fastest-growing business, with a strong EBITDA margin and an expanding international distribution footprint.

Agri-biotech

Plastikon CEE Kft.

Industrial manufacturer of extruded films and vacuum-formed plastic components. The most asset-intensive business in the group, with a fully equipped production facility in Veszprém.

Greenwork Kft.

Workforce solutions: labour leasing and skilled-staff intermediation across the group's industrial operations and external clients. Stable, recurring revenue base.

Specialised vehicle service: truck, trailer and crane maintenance, technical inspections and tachograph certification. Internal partner to Persped and external commercial clients.

Greenbiotic Kft.

Manufacturer of environmentally friendly industrial and household cleaning products. Asset-light operation with strong B2B distribution and a growing private-label business.

BD Invest Group Kft.

The group's intra-company asset management and infrastructure vehicle — owning and recharging shared energy contracts and centralising selected balance-sheet positions across the operating subsidiaries.
